Make Some Change!

The continuing outrageous outbreak of the A(H1N1) virus is now becoming abundant that the number of the victims aims or soars higher, thus bringing us fear.
We want our lives to be sick free. We want to live life to the fullest without worrying problems regarding our health. We want to live healthy, so to attain healthy body, we should maintain a mentally and physically fit body. In our life we aim to have a better body nutrition. Having good nutrition lets us prevent these so called lifestyle diseases. Not to mention all, the hypertensions, strokes, diabetes or the non-communicable diseases are some of the rare examples of lifestyle diseases. We can't prevent these things so easily, but we can treat them in many ways. These are the activities which are applicable and good for treating them. Doing our regular exercise will help us, we should eat a balanced diet and eat green leafy vegetables to gain energy to be strong. We should avoid smoking and the intake of drugs and instead, we should have a regular check-up, medications and we should have proper health education. Generally speaking, we should always maintain a good nutrition.
It's not yet the end of our lives. But we do not know what God's plans are. So, as early as now, let's make changes, change our wrong doings. Let us direct ourselves to attain greater heights in life without any sickness. Let us not tolerate sickness to defeat us, or put us down and be the hindrance in achieving our dreams.

    we cant easily prevent those diseases,.
    so we must need 2 maintain our healthy body..
